Please fill out the form, and be ready with a close-up, 3/4 length, side-profile, and full-body with no makeup and no hair products, in a well-lit space to download at the bottom. Professional studio photos are not necessary - phone images taken by a friend or family member are perfect! Be sure to wear either form-fitting basic clothing.

Girls should be between 5’9” and 5’11,5”, Guys 6’1” and 6’3”, all other genders 5’9” and 6’3”.
